trove.Marketplace is a unique business, so people often come to us with a lot of questions. You might be interested in being a part of our little community, or you might just not have experience with a marketplace like ours. We welcome questions, and we’re excited to fill you in on everything we bring to the table. That said, there are a lot of questions we get time and time again. As a result, we thought it would be a good idea to offer an FAQ. We’ll be updating you with a newsletter every month, giving some insight into what’s in store for the following few weeks. So, without further adieu, let’s look at some of the questions you might have about trove.Marketplace. "Do You Accept Consignment?" We are not accepting consignment items at this time. Please check back for updates regarding opportunities to sell at trove.Marketplace. "How Can I Become a Vendor?" If you want to join us, send us an email with your name, your company (if applicable), and a few images of the items that you sell. You can also give us a ballpark estimate of your booth’s price range. We’ll put you on a vendor waiting list and let you know if space opens up. We like to keep variety in the shop, so we’ll alert you when there’s space for a booth like yours. When that happens, we’ll fill you in on the details of the available space. Take a look at our Vendor Application page for a full look at the details. "Where Do Vendors Get Their Items?" Our vendors get their goods from a variety of sources. Some make handcrafted items, while others scour Minnesota for the best goods to fill their booths. No two vendors have the same selection and their methods for finding products are all different. Vendors keep things fresh as well. Booths are updated and restocked every Tuesday to be ready for the following weekend. This makes it a good idea to swing through trove.Marketplace on a weekly basis to see what our vendors have cooked up. "Do You Accept Returns?" The nature of trove.Marketplace is so unique that we cannot accept returns. All sales are final. "Why Are You So Hard to Find?" Our space might be a little tucked away, but you only have to get here once to remember exactly where to go when you come back. The space was large enough to suit our needs and comes at a low enough price that we can offer low rent rates for our vendors. That helps our community thrive while allowing vendors to offer lower prices on the items you love. As it is difficult to find us the first time, we depend on a little help from you all. Word of mouth is much appreciated and we thank you for all of the love and support you’ve offered trove.Marketplace on social media and other platforms. If you're stumped on how to find us, your GPS will know what to do. Our address is 5633 Memorial Ave. , Oak Park Heights, MN, 55082. "Do You Hold Items for Customers?" We hold items for up to two hours for customers. This can give someone enough time to get to the store and make the purchase or check to see if it’s the right item for them. Due to the nature of our vendors’ booths and the products that they sell, we can’t hold items for longer than that amount of time. "How Do I Stay Updated On Events?" Our Facebook page is a great place to stay updated on what’s going on at trove.Marketplace. If you’re not one for social media, though, you can always take a look at our website. You should also add your email to our newsletter. We send out occasional emails alerting subscribers to new events and offerings. You can sign up on our "Get Our Newsletter" page. We’ll keep our site updated with lists of monthly events and images of some of the current offerings at the store. "What Is Your Mask Policy?" All of our staff is fully vaccinated, and we welcome anyone to wear a mask in the store if they would like to. We don’t require customers to wear masks at this time, though. We will change our policy to comply with any state or Federal mandates that might occur in the coming months. trove.Marketplace doesn’t hold any political stance on the use of masks, only that we rely on scientists and professionals to inform us on the best practices at any given time. "What Are Your Hours?" Until further notice, our hours will be as follows:
